7. Conditions and Purchase Procedure
The user who accesses this website and purchases a ticket or service offered, assumes the present conditions.
All products offered on the website are aimed exclusively at consumer users.
RBF will announce on this website the price of each of the tickets, improvements and services it offers, which include the applicable VAT, as well as the intermediation or management costs charged to the user for the advance sale of the ticket managed by a supplier outside RBF, which will be shown separately.
To purchase your tickets you must select the event/show you wish to attend, indicate the date and number of tickets you want, and proceed to pay for them by credit/debit card.
We will provide you with a registration form so that you can enter your details and check that they are correct before completing the purchase. As for the treatment of your personal data, we invite you to consult our Privacy Policy.
If there are management and/or distribution costs, the amount will be duly identified and itemized during the purchase process and before making the payment.
Once we confirm that the payment is correct, you will automatically receive an email from which you will be able to download your tickets.

8.- Refunds, returns and cancellations policy
Once the ticket has been purchased through this Website, being the event an entertainment service with a specific performance date, by application of article 103 l) of the L.G.D.C.U, it will not be changed or refunded, except in cases of cancellation, substantial modification or suspension of the show, which have not been caused by force majeure. In the event of cancellation of the event, RBF may offer the user a new date for the celebration of the same, in which case and provided that the user does not request a refund of the purchase price, this same ticket would be valid.
In the event of cancellation, substantial modification or postponement of the show, RBF will act as follows:
. - It shall be published on the website at the same time as the cancellation, modification or postponement is certain.
. - An email will be sent to the email address provided by the user.
. - Offer to refund the ticket or exchange it for another RBF event, of the season if possible, or of the following season, indicating the deadline and form of notification to RBF of the users requesting the refund of the ticket price.
. - If you have opted for a refund within the published period, the company contracted for this purpose will automatically start the process of refunding the price of the ticket to the card used for the purchase within approximately 3 to 15 working days.
. - In the event of not requesting a refund, RBF will understand that you have opted for a change of event, the ticket being valid for access to the new event offered, without the need to carry out any other procedure.
. - For the correct management of ticket refunds, the user must make their request for a refund within fifteen days of the cancellation, and before the end of the period of choice between a refund or exchange for another RBF event.
9. Applicable legislation
The parties acknowledge that these General Conditions of Use of the Website (Legal Notice) are governed in each and every one of their aspects by Spanish law, by express application of the provisions of article 1.262 of the Civil Code, in relation to the provisions of Chapter IV of the Preliminary Title of the same legal body.
