INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSTPONEMENT OF THE RBF TOUR UNTIL SUMMER 2021 DUE TO COVID-19



STATUS OF THE OPTIONS

UPDATED ON 28TH OF SEPTEMBER 2020



AS INDICATED BY LAW, THE BUYER IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO CAN MANAGE THE TICKETS, ALL INFORMATION OR MODIFICATION OF ANY TICKET WILL REACH THE EMAIL OF THE BUYER.

 

OPTION 1: KEEP THE TICKET

 

We have already sent you the new tickets for RBF 2021. Check the mail and if you don't find it check also the spam folder (all the entries have arrived to the buyer's email)

 

 

  • If you have any problem with your ticket and it has not reached you write to info@entradasatualcance.com explaining the problem and they will solve it for you (in this email these incidents will only be attended. If you write with any other doubt they will not answer you).

 

  •  If you have any other questions that are not already explained on our website or if you have won an entry in one of our prizes/sweepstakes write to us at barcelona@ayudarbf.zendesk.com and we will be happy to help you.



Remember that all of you who have chosen this option have the following advantages:

  • 10€ free when you make your first online recharge of your RBF 2021 cashless bracelet.

  • Preferential purchase option for all events organized by our promoter in 2021 and 2022 including the RBF 2022 tour.

  • Option of return of the ticket 60 days before the event (if you execute this option you will lose all the privileges of your ticket, this option carries 10€ of penalty).



We will inform you later on how to enjoy these advantages.

 

OPTION 2: FLEXIBLE TICKET

 

We have already sent you the new flexible entries for RBF 2021 check the mail, if you don't find it check also the spam or junk mail folder (all the entries have arrived to the buyer's email).

 

  • If you made the request for changing the city in the period of exclusivity that we gave you from the 10th to the 14th of July 2020, we have sent you some information. Check the email inbox (the messages arrive to the email of the buyer).

  • All of you who have requested any modification of your flexible tickets from July 15th, we have sent you some information too. Check your email inbox  (the messages arrive to the buyer's email).

 

  • If you have any problem with your ticket and it has not reached you write to info@entradasatualcance.com explaining the problem and they will solve it for you (in this email these incidents will only be attended. If you write with any other doubt they will not answer you).

 

  •  If you have any other questions that are not already explained on our website write to us at barcelona@ayudarbf.zendesk.com and we will be happy to help you.

You also have a preferential purchase option for all events organized by our promoter in 2021 and 2022 including the RBF tour in 2022, later we will inform you how to enjoy this option.

 

Steps to follow to modify a flexible entry:

 

ATTENTION: IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE SEVERAL OPTIONS OF YOUR FLEXIBLE TICKET LIKE "CHANGE CITY AND NAME" OR "CHANGE CITY, NAME AND TICKET TYPE" OR IF YOU BOUGHT MORE THAN ONE TICKET AT THE SAME TIME AND YOU WANT TO MODIFY SEVERAL TICKETS, YOU WILL HAVE TO REQUEST EVERYTHING AT THE SAME TIME, IF YOU MODIFY ONLY YOUR TICKET YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE MORE CHANGES.



To modify your flexible ticket click on the following link https://rbf-flexible.ayudaeventos.com (for your security we will ask you for the purchase locator, which you can find in the email we sent you with your tickets, or in the lower left corner of the ticket). Once you enter the locator we will send an email to the email address of the buyer so you can make the modification of the tickets. Remember that if you want to change several of the options or more than one ticket of your purchase you must request everything at once, once you make the process and the tickets have been modified you can not make any more changes (all the tickets will arrive to the email of the buyer).

 

You have up to 60 days to request these changes before the celebration of your original event, the change of the city is subject to the availability of capacity of the city you want to change. If the city is sold out you will not be able to choose it.

 

If you do not want to make any changes your ticket will be kept for the original city for which you had it.

 

OPTION 3: REFUND OF YOUR TICKET

 

We have already made all the returns. 

Remember:

  • The money will be paid into the bank account associated with the card you made the purchase with.

  • It may take several days for the money to be reflected in your bank account.

  • Sometimes this time can be extended up to 30 days, this depends on the policy of your bank, if after a few days from the end of the process you do not have reflected in the bank account the amount of the refund contact your bank and they will inform you of the deadline they set for the amount to be reflected in your bank account.

  • If you made your purchase with a card that has already expired or has been cancelled, your bank will normally pay the amount of the refund into the bank account with which the card was associated. If you have any doubts about this matter, please contact your bank.

  • If you made the purchase with a rechargeable credit card that is not associated to any bank account, contact the supplier of that card so that they can inform you where you will receive the refund amount.

  • If you have cancelled the bank account from which you made the payment, you will have to wait until the whole refund process is over, and once your bank informs us that it has not been possible to make the deposit in that bank account, our technical team will contact you via email so that you can tell us where you want to receive the amount. ATTENTION: do not contact us to inform us that you have cancelled a bank account. This is an approved computer system to prevent fraud, until the bank informs us that the bank account has been cancelled we cannot process a new shipment.
