INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSTPONEMENT OF THE RBF TOUR UNTIL SUMMER 2021 DUE TO COVID-19

 

 

STATUS OF THE OPTIONS

UPDATED ON 7TH OF APRIL 2021

 

AS INDICATED BY LAW, THE BUYER IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO CAN MANAGE THE TICKETS.

ALL THE INFORMATION OR MODIFICATION OF ANY TICKET WILL WILL BE SENT TO THE BUYER’S EMAIL ADDRESS.

 

OPTION 1: KEEP THE TICKET

We have already sent you the new tickets for RBF 2021. Check the mail and if you don't find it check also the spam folderr  (all the tickets have arrived to the buyer's email)

 

If you have any problem with your ticket or you haven’t received it, please write to this email address info@entradasatualcance.com explaining the problem and they will solve it for you.  (In this email will only be used to responds incidents. If you write with any other doubt, they will not answer you).

 

Remember that all of you who have chosen this option have the following advantages:

  • 10€ free when you make your first online recharge of your RBF 2021 cashless bracelet.
  • Preferential purchase option for all events organized by our promoter in 2021 and 2022 including the RBF 2022 tour.
  • Ticket refund insurance 60 days before the event: from the 24th of May 2021 at 23:59 until the 25th of May 2021 at 23:59 you can execute this option and apply for the refund of your ticket. This option is only available in our RBF Experience app (Available for IOS and Android) here you will find a tutorial with all the steps (If you execute this option, you will lose all the privileges of your ticket, this option entails a 10€ penalty and the cost of the refund)Remember that if you don't use this option and the 2021 event is postponed or cancelled you will not lose your claim to apply the refund of your ticket as established by the current law.

OPTION 2: FLEXIBLE TICKET

We have already sent you the new flexible tickets for RBF 2021. Check the mail, if you don't find it check also the spam folderr (all the tickets have arrived to the buyer's email).

 With the Flexible ticket you have the following advantages that you can use until 60 days before the celebration of the event that you have bought.

 

  • City change
  • Name Change
  • Exchange the original ticket for a higher category ticket (Paying the difference in price).
  • Preferential purchase option for all events organized by our promoter in 2021 and 2022 including the RBF 2022 tour.

 

Steps to follow to modify a flexible ticket:

 

ATTENTION: IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE SEVERAL OPTIONS OF YOUR FLEXIBLE TICKET LIKE FOR EXAMPLE: "CHANGE CITY AND NAME", "CHANGE CITY, NAME AND TYPE OF TICKET" OR IF YOU BOUGHT MORE THAN ONE TICKET AT THE SAME TIME AND YOU WANT TO CHANGE MORE THAN ONE TICKET, YOU WILL HAVE TO REQUEST IT ALL AT THE SAME TIME. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR TICKET, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE ANY MORE CHANGES.

 

To modify your flexible ticket click on the following link  https://rbf-flexible.ayudaeventos.com  for your security we will ask you for the purchase locator, which you can find in the email we sent you with your tickets, or in the lower left corner of the ticket.

 

You have until 60 days before the celebration of the event that you bought to request these changes. The city change is subject to the availability of event’s capacity which you want to change. If the city is Sold Out, you will not be able to choose it.

 

If you don’t wish to make any changes to your ticket, it will remain valid for the city you have bought.

 

OPTION 3: REFUND OF YOUR TICKET

 

In 2020 all the requested returns were made.

 

Remember:

  • The money was deposited into the bank account associated with the card with which the purchase was made.
  • If you made the purchase with a card that has already been cancelled or has expired, the bank usually pays the amount of the refund into the account to which the card was linked. If you have any doubts about this, please contact your bank.
  • If you made your purchase with a rechargeable credit card that is not linked to a bank account, please contact your credit card provider to find out where you will receive your refund.
  • If you made the purchase with a credit card, sometimes the money does not appear on your account/card because the bank deducts it from the credit amount due for that month.
  • If you have cancelled the bank account with which the payment was made, please contact your bank.
